It does however allow you do to something else in the intervals between waiting for the next advert to become available. Just by opening another window and continuing your web-surfing.

1. Look for people feedback on the site that your joining
   
2. Make sure they allow you to cash out your earned money.
3. Create a free email account so they don't fill up your real email address with the email.
   
4. Run it in the background and continue your normal surfing routine.
   
5. Find one good site and stick with it.
